High Density Bit Storage for Dewalt ToughCase

Dewalt Toughcase High Denstity Bit Storage

Description

You have a ton of insert bits and you want to store them in a dense, easy to access way. The Dewalt ToughCase vertical bit holder can hold sixteen bits in the same space the default bit holders can hold seven.

Cutaway of bit holder

To hold the bits vertically I borrowed from the design of my Milwaukee bit holders. The bits actually fit loosely in the slots, but are held in place with a spring. To the right you can see a cutaway of the holder.

This holders are optimized for the medium and large ToughCases. While they will work in the small ToughCases, they will interfere with closing if you have anything on the other side of the case.

  1. This is exactly what I have been looking for. However I do not have a 3D printer. Any idea where I could purchase something exactly like this.
