Description
These label blocks are designed to fit into Dewalt ToughCases (or similar Craftsman and Irwin cases) to easily identify the insert bits they are placed next to. They work with the sock bit holders or my custom ones like the high-density bit holders or the ToughCase long bit holders.
There are two sizes: single and double. The single label blocks only take up one dovetail position in the case, but since they are smaller the amount of text you can put on the block is limited. That’s why I’ve also created a second double block. This double label block takes two dovetail positions, but it allows you to have more text.
I’ve provided three different example files: a seven position single label block, an eight position single label block, and a seven position Torx double label block. The chances that these are the exact labels you are looking for is probably slim, so you’ll need to customize you own blocks, skip to the instruction section to see how.

The first thing you’ll want to do is choose which size label block you want and how many bit slots you have under “Label Block Parameters.” Then under “Font Options,” you can choose the direction and size of the text and which specific labels you want. The “text x” and “text y” sliders allow you to position the text on the block.
