These holders allow you to use the bit clips from the Bosch Custom Case System in a variety of different situations.
You have a choice of a singe or double holder. Each holder can be mounted to the wall (or pegboard) with 2″ on center holes, on a bar or belt that’s less than 2″ wide or 1/8″ thick, or the double holder can be used with the Packout locking foot to mount it to a Packout tool/organizer box.
I’ve provided files for the model that you can alter using openSCAD, STL files for the single and double holders, and a zip file containing 3MF files that have all my settings in PrusaSlicer. I’m providing the 3MF files because there are some specialized supports needed to get these to print correctly without requiring a mess of supports that will drastically increase your print time, especially for the double holder.

Resolution: 0.3 mm with a 0.4mm nozzle
Wall Lines/Perimeters: 3
Infill: Minimum 10% Gyroid. The higher infill percentage the stronger the part.
Notes: Print on the side for best spring performance.
Instructions
I have these files set to print on their side, primarily to give strength to the springs. As I mentioned above, I have provided 3MF files that you can load into PrusaSlicer that define the minimum number of supports.
You’ll need to remove the supports for these holders to work. Make sure you do a throrough job otherwise the clips will fit too tightly.
