Cup/Bottle Holder the for Milwaukee Packout Locking Foot

Coffee Tumber Holder

Description

Update: I’ve fixed the STL files for PrusaSlicer. The slicing issue is a strange bug in PrusaSlicer not a problem with the model.

This cup holder is meant to attach to the top of the Milwaukee Packout locking foot. This allows you to put a cup holder into any of the open square spaces on top of a Packout.

I’ve provided two different sizes. The first is made to fit 20 oz. pop bottles and the second fits most coffee tumblers and disposable coffee cups.

Files

Printer: Prusa i3 MK3
Slicer: Cura Slicer
Material: Inland PET-G
Resolution: 0.2mm with a 0.4mm nozzle
Wall Lines/Perimeters: 3
Infill: Minimum 10% Gyroid. The higher infill percentage the stronger the part.
Notes: You only need supports for the connector on the bottom, you don’t need them for the oval cutouts. I had to set the “support overhang angle” to 85° to do this.

Instructions

The cup holder fits into the into the top of the gear shaft on the Packout locking foot. It uses a single flathead #8-32 1/2″ machine screw to permanently stay attached to the locking foot. Just make sure you;ve pressed the 8-32 nut into the gear shaft on the locking foot first.

If you have a different sized cup or bottle that you want to use you can customize the .scad file I’ve provided.

  1. Hello do you post to Dublin Ireland ?? ? If so I’d like 2 cup holders please, do you except PayPal? How much including shipping

  2. I have “fixed” the STLs and model for PrusaSlicer. I say fixed, because there was nothing wrong with them. Other slicing software sliced the files just fine. I ended up arbitrarily changing the model to get it top work in PrusaSlicer.

  3. Very cool.
Is this 2 different things? The locking foot and then the cup holder? And in the video you have them together and twist them into the slot?

    1. Yes, you have to download and print both the locking foot, which I provided a link to in the description, and the cup holder you want.

Yes, once assembled per instructions on the pages for both parts, you place it in the Packout recess and twist to lock it into place.

  4. I use Cup-Holder-V2.scad to customize the cup size and save it as the default value. When exporting STL, it is still the original cup size. How can I correctly export the customized cup?
