Bosch 12V Holder for Milwaukee Packout Locking Foot

Bosch Packout Case with Locking Battery Holders

Description

I created this battery holder for the Bosch 12V battery system because I already created the Milwaukee M12 Holder and the two batteries are very similar. This holder is meant to attach to the top of the Milwaukee Packout locking foot. This allows you to store a battery in any of the open square spaces on top of a Packout. Simply twist the holder in place and snap in a battery.

I’ve provided an STL of the holder that is optimized to fit all generations of Bosch 12V batteries. I’ve found the older 12V batteries (sometimes labeled 10.8V) are thicker than the newer batteries. As a result the newer batteries are a little loose, but they still remain firmly in place because they clip into the holders with the same clips the tools use.

If you want to create a thicker holder, or if you only use the newer 12V Bosch batteries and want a tighter fit, you can download the SCAD file and customize it. If you aren;t familiar with this process here’s a page that describes how.
