ToughBuilt ClipTech Tool Pouch Mounts

ToughBuilt ClipTech Tool Pouch Packout Rail Mounts Loaded

Description

The Packout rail and locking foot mounts allow you to use ToughBuilt ClipTech tool pouches with the Packout organizers and the wall mount allows you to mount a single tool pouch on a wall or pegboard.

The rail mount clips over a packout rail. Two screws hold the mount firmly in place without drilling holes in the rail or marking it up with a set screw.

ToughBuilt ClipTech Tool Pouch Packout Locking Foot Mount

The locking foot mount uses the Packout Locking foot to hold a tool pouch using the clips on top of a Packout box. This is meant to be used with a mounting system that lets you hang a packout box on the side of a stack like my Packout rolling toolbox handle bracket or Packible Tool’s Joey.

Finally, the two screws spaced 1″ apart on the wall mount lets you hang a single tool pouch to the wall or using anchors in pegboard.

I’ve provided the three STL files for each different mount. I’ve also included the openSCAD model if you need to make modifications or repurpose the mounts into something I haven’t thought of.

Instructions

You can use whatever screw that fits in the wall mount clip, but I designed the locking foot clip and rail clip to use specific sized hardware.

The rail clip needs two 8-32 nuts and two 8-32 x 3/4″ screws.

The locking foot clip uses an 8-32 x 1″ screw to connect to the locking foot.

Metric hardware may work, but you might have to tweak the openSCAD model.

  1. Hello, new to 3D printing. Can I print these from any 3D printer or is the file only compatible with the one you mentioned above?

    Thanks for your help!
